A Place to Call Home

Acorn Valley is an intimate residential subdivision of 30 homes situated at the boundary of Farmington Hills and Southfield in Oakland County, Michigan. Built in the mid-1980s during a period of significant residential growth in the western suburbs of Detroit, our neighborhood has matured into a well-established community framed by beautiful mature trees and landscaped yards.

Farmington Hills, consistently ranked among the safest cities in Michigan and named one of the best places to live in the state, provides an exceptional backdrop for our community. With its excellent school districts, abundant parks, and convenient access to shopping, dining, and major expressways, Acorn Valley residents enjoy the best of suburban living with easy access to everything metro Detroit has to offer.

Our neighborhood is governed by an active Homeowners Association dedicated to maintaining property values, fostering community spirit, and ensuring Acorn Valley remains a wonderful place to live for generations to come.
